Members of the TLA team were officially New York bound. After months of training, early mornings and serious fundraising effort, it was finally time to take on the New York Marathon.

Anton, Alex, Joanna, James and Tommy each ran for personal charity causes close to them. Well done for the dedication, the personal bests, and the money raised along the way. It was a tough course, but worth every step.

## Why we do this as a team

At TLA, we've always believed in setting challenges together and working towards them side by side. It brings out the best in us, and it's a big part of why our culture is as strong as it is.

Incredible effort from everyone involved. It's great to see people across TLA taking on challenges like this and supporting causes that matter to them.

## What's next

We're already planning hikes, marathons and other fundraising activities for next year. If you fancy joining us, the door's open.
