## Why NABS matters

NABS helps thousands of people across our industry find their way forward each year. Advertising and marketing can be fast-paced, high-pressure and emotionally demanding. Without the right support, that pressure can tip into burnout, anxiety and disengagement.

NABS helps break the stigma around mental health, offering safe spaces and practical support that make it easier for people to ask for help early. A mentally healthy workforce isn't just good for individuals, it's the foundation of a creative, collaborative industry that can keep going for the long term.

## Why we support them

Giving back to NABS strengthens our own culture too. It's a reminder that our success is part of something bigger than business results. Supporting an industry charity encourages openness and mutual respect, and it helps our team feel connected to a shared sense of purpose, not just day-to-day targets.
