What does your role consist of?
As a Client Success Executive, I look after our client relationships and keep communication clear, internally and externally. I work closely with our teams to keep things organised and make sure everything runs smoothly.
What led you to TLA?
When I first came across TLA and the role, even though it was a totally new industry for me, I felt my background in account management and client-facing roles would be a great fit. The company values really stood out to me, and the work TLA does for charities is something I care about. The culture also felt so friendly and welcoming, so I was really happy to be offered the role.
What is your favourite part of your job?
I really love working in such a great team environment. Everyone's been so supportive as I've settled in, and it's made me excited to pick up something new every day. I’ve also enjoyed getting to know new clients and being part of opportunities like the What Car? Awards.
What is the thing you are most looking forward to at TLA this year?
I’m most looking forward to learning and developing new skills in a company that really supports both personal and professional growth.
