What does your role consist of?

As a Digital Marketing Executive, I plan and create SMS and email communications. My role centres around CRM - making sure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time, while reviewing performance and identifying opportunities to optimise.

What led you to TLA?

I wanted to move into a role where I could fully focus on CRM and develop deeper expertise in email and SMS marketing. At TLA, I’ve been able to focus on performance-led campaigns within an industry that’s always moving forward.

What is your favourite part of your job?

Being able to implement changes and test new ideas within campaigns and then see the direct impact in the results. It's rewarding to know that small data-led optimisations can lead to measurable improvements.

What are you most looking forward to at TLA this year?

Continuing to build on what I’ve learned over the past six months by developing our CRM approach further, running more considered testing and using insights to make smarter decisions.

Which TLA value do you align with most?

We Care. I align with “We Care” because quality and attention to detail really matter in CRM. Small details can have a big impact, so making sure our campaigns are accurate and effective is an important part of my role.
